TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VERKOOP 24 B.V.
Article 1 – Company Details
These terms and conditions apply to all services, offers, and agreements of:

Verkoop 24 B.V. operates an online platform where private individuals can offer goods for sale.
Article 2 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Verkoop 24 B.V.: The company that operates the platform.
- Platform: The website and digital services of Verkoop 24 B.V.
- User: Any natural person or legal entity that uses the platform.
- Seller: The user who offers an item for sale through the platform.
- Goods / Items: All products offered through the platform, including but not limited to:
- vehicles (cars, motorcycles, scooters)
- watches
- jewellery
- electronics
- luxury goods
- other movable property.
- Vehicle: A car, motorcycle, or other motor vehicle offered through the platform.
- Agreement: The agreement between the seller and Verkoop 24 B.V. regarding the sale of an item.
Article 3 – Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all services and use of the Verkoop 24 B.V. platform.
- By using the platform, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Article 4 – Use of the Platform
- The platform enables users to offer goods for sale.
- Users must use the platform in a lawful manner.
- It is prohibited to:
- provide false information
- carry out fraudulent activities
- offer illegal goods
- use the platform for illegal activities.
- Verkoop 24 B.V. reserves the right to refuse or block requests or users.
Article 5 – Application and Information Disclosure
- The seller is obliged to provide all information about the offered item fully and accurately.
- The seller must disclose all relevant information, including:
- damage
- defects
- technical issues
- signs of wear
- missing parts
- previous repairs.
- If information is found to be incorrect or incomplete, Verkoop 24 B.V. may:
- adjust the offer
- cancel the agreement
- recover costs incurred.
Article 6 – Guarantee of Accurate Description
The seller guarantees that all information provided about the offered item is correct and complete.
If upon inspection the item is found to differ significantly from the information provided, Verkoop 24 B.V. reserves the right to:
- adjust the offer
- cancel the agreement
- recover costs incurred.
Article 7 – Ownership of the Item
The seller declares that they are the rightful owner of the offered item and are authorised to sell it.
The item must not be:
- stolen
- under seizure
- pledged
- illegally obtained.
Article 8 – Authenticity of Branded Products
If the offered item is a branded product, the seller declares that:
- the product is authentic
- it is not counterfeit
- it is lawfully in their possession.
If an item is found to be counterfeit or illegally obtained, Verkoop 24 B.V. may:
- cancel the agreement
- refuse the item
- take legal action.
Article 9 – Offer and Agreement
- An offer made through the platform is based on the information provided by the seller.
- The offer is subject to inspection of the item.
- If upon inspection the item is found to differ from the information provided, Verkoop 24 B.V. may:
- adjust the offer
- cancel the agreement.
Article 10 – Inspection
All offered goods may be inspected by Verkoop 24 B.V. or a party appointed by them.
During inspection, the following aspects may be checked:
- technical condition
- damage
- functionality
- authenticity
- consistency with the description.
Article 11 – Specific Conditions for Vehicles
Additional conditions apply to vehicles.
The seller must provide accurate information about:
- mileage (odometer reading)
- damage history
- technical condition
- financing or leasing arrangements
- import status.
Article 12 – Vehicle Documents
For the transfer of a vehicle, the following documents must be available as a minimum:
- vehicle registration certificate (kentekencard)
- full 9-digit registration code (tenaamstellingscode).
If these documents are missing, Verkoop 24 B.V. may cancel the purchase.
Article 13 – Administrative, Inspection, and Transport Costs
If upon inspection the information provided is found to be incorrect or incomplete and the purchase cannot proceed as a result, Verkoop 24 B.V. is entitled to charge administrative, inspection, and transport costs.
These costs amount to a minimum of €500 (five hundred euros).
Article 14 – Binding Sale Declaration
When a seller accepts an offer through the platform, the seller declares their willingness to sell the item at the agreed offer price.
After accepting the offer, the item may not be sold to another party.
Article 15 – No-Show at Appointment
If an appointment has been made for inspection or collection, the seller must be present.
If the seller:
- is not present
- does not make the item available
- does not cancel the appointment in time
Verkoop 24 B.V. may charge costs incurred.
Article 16 – Liability
Verkoop 24 B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profits.
The liability of Verkoop 24 B.V. is limited to the amount received in the relevant case for the service.
Article 17 – Privacy and Data Processing
By using the platform, the user consents to the processing of personal data.
This data may include:
- contact details
- item details
- photographs
- IP address
- date and time of the request.
Article 18 – Intellectual Property
All rights regarding the website, software, and content of the platform belong to Verkoop 24 B.V.
It is not permitted to copy or use parts of the website without consent.
Article 19 – Amendments
Verkoop 24 B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
The most current version is always available on the platform.
Article 20 – Governing Law
All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
